Wal-Mart clone trooper helmet..

I went to Wally-World & bought one of the clone trooper helmets.  I put it together, but the front & back pieces don't fit quite right.  What am I doing wrong?  Are they all this way?

Not sure, I've been wanting to get one myself, but don't have on yet.  Probably just typical "Wally World Quality".

You're probably right Mojo, Wally-World quality.

I used to have the Vader helmet too Hoth, I gave mine to a nephew.

I've been talking to my pal Jeff Allen over at Studio Creations, he said I should bondo all the seams, sand 'em down & then repaint the whole thing.  Think I'll give it a try!

It has to be wally world cause I the target version( with nifty helmet lite) and it fit together nicely . I just need another lite for the other side of the helmet

Wal mart has a regular store in Hunt Valley next to a year old Wegmans and then one exit down 83 is a Sams Club.  Are they wedging this one right in between those exsisting one?
